心脑血管疾病患者脂蛋白a和红细胞变形性分析

目的：观察心脑血管疾病患者血浆脂蛋白a[Lp（a）]和红细胞变形性二者之间的关系。方法：将患者分成两组：心肌梗死组（40例），脑梗死组（40例），另选25例健康体检者作为对照组。测量受试者血浆Lp（a）、血脂水平、红细胞变形性，比较两组各指标的差异，评价Lp（a）异常时发生心脑血管疾病的相对危险度；对Lp（a）与红细胞变形指数作相关分析。结果：与对照组相比，心肌梗死组和脑梗死组患者Lp（a）水平明显升高（P〈0．01），随着Lp（a）水平的升高，心肌梗死和脑梗死发病的危险性增加5．18倍、8．13倍。两组患者的红细胞变形／聚集指数与对照组相比，均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：Lp（a）浓度升高是心脑血管病发生的重要危险因素。

Analysis of the level of lipoprotein(a) and erythrocyte deformability in patients with myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke

Objective:To reveal the relationship of the plasma lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a) concentration and erythrocyte deformability in different groups of patients with myocardial infarction(MI) and ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:The plasma Lp(a) concentration,plasma lipoid concentration and erythrocyte deformability in 25 control subjects,40 MI patients and 40 IS cases were measured and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of Lp(a) and erythrocyte deformability in MI and IS groups markedly increased(P<0.01),the risk of MI and IS increased(OR=5.18,8.23) as gradually increased as the levels of Lp(a).Conclusion:The increment of plasma Lp(a) is a risk factor for MI and IS.
