选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗经皮肾镜取石术后大出血5例报告

目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术后大出血的原因，总结选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗的经验和疗效。方珐5例经皮肾镜取石术后大出血患者均采用Seldinger法穿刺右侧股动脉，先插管至肾动脉主干行数字减影动脉造影检查，明确出血肾动脉分支后，用适宜管径导管选择插至出血处，以明胶海绵颗粒（条）进行栓塞，1例加用弹簧圈。结果出血原因包括肾动脉假性动脉瘤3例、动静脉瘘1例、肾动脉撕裂伤1例，均经一次栓塞治疗成功。随访2月～2．5年，无再出血发生，患肾功能良好。结论肾动脉血管造影＋选择性分支栓塞是诊断和治疗经皮肾镜取石术后肾大出血安全、有效的方法。

Selective renal arterial embolization for the treatment of severe hemorrhage after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in 5 cases
