老年冠心病危险因素的logistic回归分析

【目的】研究老年人冠心病（CHD）危险因素的分布状况。方法]160例患者来自本院老年CHD住院患者，非CHD住院患者120例作为对照组．分析高血压、吸烟史、体重指数、糖尿病、冠心病家族史、血清胆固醇（TC）、血清甘油三酯（TG）、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等传统危险因素对老年患CHD的相对危险度。【结果】单因素显示吸烟史、体重指数、冠心病家族史、高血压、糖尿病、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C两组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。logistic回归显示吸烟史、血清胆固醇、冠心病家族史、高血压和糖尿病史是老年患者冠心病的相对危险度增加的独立影响因子。【结论】老年人冠心病主要危险因素是吸烟、血清胆固醇、冠心病家族史、高血压和糖尿病。改变不良生活方式、对高危人群进行干预可能有助于早期防治老年冠心病。

Logistic Regression Analysis on Risk Factors of Coronary Heart Disease in Senile Patients

Objective] To investigate the risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） in old age. Methods]The data of 180 patients over 60 years old were analyzed by 1：2 matched case control study. All these patients were divided into group 1 （n=60） with evidence of CHD and group 2 （n=120） with non- CAD as control. The risk factors of CHD were identified by univariate and logistic multivariate regression a nalysis. Results] According to the univariate analysis, there were significant differences in body mass index, history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C （P〈0.05）. By multivariate logis tic regression analysis, family history of CHD, high total blood cholesterol level, history of smoking, hyper tension, diabetes were conformed to be independent risk factors for CAD. Conclusion]Family history of CHD.high total blood cbolestcrol level, smoking, hypertension and diabetes are confirmed to be independent risk factors in patients in old age. More attention and proper life style control should be paid to the high-risk population.
