摘    要:目的:优化穿心莲提取的工艺条件。方法:采用均匀设计优选穿心莲提取工艺;以穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量为指标,考察药材的提取时间、温度、溶媒量、醇浓度等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:穿心莲最佳提取工艺为3倍量75%乙醇,40℃提取3次,每次提取2 h。结论:优选的穿心莲提取方法简单易行,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Andrographolide Panniculata.Methods: The extraction process was investigated using uniform design,with the content of andrographolide and 14-deoxy-11-oxoandrographolide as the detecting index.Results: The exacting process were optimized as follows :the drug was extracted three times for two hour with three fold volume of 75% ethanol in 40 ℃.Conclusion: The optimized procedure is simple and easy to do,it is suitalle for industrial production.
