目的分析上海市闵行区公立医院供应链一体化应用的成果。方法选择上海市闵行区一家三乙公立医院,比较供应链一体化建设前后的管理数据;同时采用焦点组访谈,分析面临的主要问题。结果该医院通过建设医用耗材和试剂的供应链一体化服务模式,显著减少医务人员的采购、申领业务量;由公司统一提供专业化运输与配送;实现批号/有效期绑定,识别近效期品,按照先进先出原则进行出库,并全程追踪;实行定数管理,保证适量的库存量,减轻库房空间和资金负担。结论该供应链一体化服务模式可满足公立医院的需求。

Research of Supply Chain Integration Management in a Public Hospital in Minhang District,Shanghai City

Objective To analyze the achievement of the establishment of supply chain integration management in public hospitals in Minhang District,Shanghai City.Methods A tertiary B public hospital was selected for comparison on the data of medical consumables and reagents before and after the establishment of supply chain integration management.Additionally,focus group interview was conducted to obtain more details on the challenges of the supply chain integration management.Results The supply chain integration management has been established in the hospital.The efficiency of medical staff has been improved by significantly reducing the work related to purchasing and applying for medical consumables and reagents.Company that is responsible for supply chain integration management provides professional transportation and dispatching including cold chain.Batch number and validity of the items have been recorded in the online system which facilitates identifying expiration and tracking.Regular storage balance further ensures practical storage to avoid physical and financial burden.Conclusion The establishment of supply chain integration management meets the current requirement of public hospitals.
