特色专科医联体诊疗模式的构建与探索——以北京协和医院、济宁医学院附属医院为例

当前我国专科发展不均衡现象严重,在罕见病、疑难病等专科医疗资源中尤其明显,由此在传统医联体的基础上衍生出"特色专科医联体"。结合北京协和医院、济宁医学院附属医院的实践经验,矮小症特色专科医联体引入人工智能技术,以人才培养、远程会诊、科研管理为基础,集中优势资源,整合医疗服务效能,提高医疗机构对罕见病和疑难病的医疗效率与诊疗技能。

Construction and Exploration of the Special Medical Alliance Diagnosis and Treatment Pattern: Taking Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University as an Example

At present,the imbalance of Chinese specialties development is serious,which is particulary obvious in the specialized medical resources,such as rare diseases and stubborn diseases.In consequence,based on traditional medical alliance,the"specialized medical associations"is born.Combining with the practical experiences of the Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University,specialized medical alliance bring in Artificial Intelligence(AI);based on personnel training,remote consultation,and scientific research management,the alliance focuses advantageous resources,integrate the effectiveness of medical services to improve the medical efficiency and skill of medical service of rare diseases and stubborn diseases.
