医患共同决策的研究现状及展望

医患共同决策(Shared Decision Making,SDM)过程中,医生从疾病的最佳方案考虑,患者从最适合自己的诊疗方式考虑,最终制定的个性化诊疗方案能最大限度地满足患者疾病、社会心理、经济等各方面的需求,把患者作为一个整体纳入到诊疗方案当中,而不仅仅是针对疾病本身,对医务工作者除专业技术外又提出了更高的要求。对国内外的医患共同决策进行了文献检索和综述,并探讨了在我国的应用展望,拟对医患共同决策在我国落地提供借鉴和参考。

Research Situation and Expectation of Doctor-Patient Shared Decision Making

In the process of doctor-patient Shared Decision Making(SDM),doctors will consider the best schedule,and patients will consider the most suitable diagnosis and treatment method for themselves.In this way,the individual diagnosis and treatment scheme can satisfy the patients’disease,social psychology,and economics,etc,and take the patient as a whole.This is not only targeted in the disease,but also requires more for medical staff except for professional skill.The paper makes literature research and review on doctor-patients SDM at home and abroad,and explores the application expectation in China to make reference for the implementation of doctor-patient shared decision making in China.
