三甲公立医院章程制定的实践与探讨

随着现代医院管理制度提出并不断完善,对医院的管理和运营提出了新的要求。通过制定医院章程,对医院的内部管理以及决策程序进一步完善。结合南宁市第一人民医院的现实案例,从性质与定位、管理体制与组织架构、议事决策机制等多个方面入手,阐明章程制定思路,最终提出有针对性以及操作性的建议意见。

Practice and Discussion on Formulating the Regulations of Tertiary A Public Hospitals

With the establishment and improvement of the modern hospital management system,new requirements have been put forward for the management and operation of the hospital.The hospital’s internal management and decision-making need further improvement.In the study,The First People’s Hospital of Nanning was taken as an example to propose ideas for drafting the regulations from the aspects of nature and location,management system,organizational structure,mechanism of deliberation and making decision and so on.Finally,measures,targeted and operational advice were proposed.
