关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗兔膝骨关节炎的研究

目的研究玻璃酸钠治疗骨关节炎的疗效和机制。方法新西兰白兔8只,左右膝关节腔内各注射0.4%木瓜酶溶液0.3 mL,随机分为2组。自造模7 d后开始给药,每周1次,共5周。结果玻璃酸钠组疗效明显优于生理盐水组。关节腔注射玻璃酸钠能够明显促进滑膜、软骨细胞增生,促进滑膜中血管增生,降低软骨破坏和滑膜纤维增生,同时抑制肿瘤坏死因子-α的释放,促进白介素-6的分泌,有利于改善骨关节炎症状。结论关节腔注射玻璃酸钠是一种安全、方便、行之有效的治疗骨关节炎的方法。

Study on intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injections in treating knee osteoarthritis of rabbits

Purpose To investigate the effects and mechanisms of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injections in treating rabbit osteoarthritis.Methods The eight rabbits were randomly divided into normal saline group and sodium hyaluronate group after the model of osteoarthritis was established by injecting 0.3 mL 0.4% papain into knee joint cavities of the rabbits.The two groups respectively received intra-articular injection of normal saline or sodium hyaluronate weekly for 5 weeks after 7 days from the injection of papain.Results The curative effect of sodium hyaluronate is obviously better than that of normal saline group.In sodium hyaluronate group,the degeneration of cartilage and fiber hyperplasia of synovial membrane were lighter in the pathological sections.Intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection could obviously promote cellular proliferation of synovial membrane and cartilage,increase vascular proliferation of synovial membrane,meanwhile,reveal a decrease in tumor necrosis factor-α and an increase in interleukin-6 expression.Conclusion Intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection is a safe,convenient and efficient method in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
