文拉发辛与阿米替林治疗抑郁症患者的疗效和依从性比较

目的 比较抑郁症患者服用文拉发辛与阿米替林治疗的疗效和依从性.方法 120例住院抑郁症患者随机分为服用文拉发辛组与阿米替林组,均治疗52周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)等,在治疗前及治疗后12周、52周末比较2组的疗效和依从性.结果 12周后2组治疗前后比较均有非常显著性的疗效(P＜0.01),但2组间比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05),52周后文拉发辛组具有非常显著性的疗效(P＜0.01),阿米替林组具有显著性的疗效(P＜0.05),2组间比较差异显著(P＜0.05),文拉发辛组副反应发生率远低于阿米替林组.结论 文拉发辛治疗抑郁症疗效好,副反应轻,依从性高.

Comparative study of efficacy and compliance of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression

Objective To evaluate the compliance and efficacy of venlafaxine and armitriptyline in the treatment of depression.Methods 120 inpatients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,these patients were treated with venlafaxine or armitriptyline respectively for 52 weeks, the therapeutic effect was observed before treatment and at the end of 12 weeks and 52 weeks of treatment according to Hamiltion Depression Scale (HAMD) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI),and to assess the compliance and the adverse effects according to Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS).Results After 12-week's treatment,there was s significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.01),however,there was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P>0.05).After 52-week's treatment there was a significant difference in therapeutic effect in venlafaxine treatment groups (P<0.01) and in armitriptyline treatment group (P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The incidence of side effect in venlafaxine treatment group was much lower than that of armitriptyline treatment group.Conclusion The compliance of venlafaxine is better than that of armitriptyline,with good efficacy and less adverse effects.
