| 摘 要： | 目的:了解广州中医药企业的自主创新能力和水平,建设自主创新基础上的评价指标体系。方法:滚雪球调查,问卷调查,结果采用SPSS17.0进行数据录入并进行因子分析。结果:提出中医药企业自主创新能力的评价指标体系及计算公式。结论:企业自主创新能力提升的前提是引进人才,最关键因素是企业配置自主创新资源的能力,政府的政策是重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the guangzhou Chinese traditional medicine enterprises’ independent innovation ability and the level,construct the independent innovation of evaluation index system.Methods: Snowball survey,questionnaire survey,the spss17.0 for data entry,the factor analysis.Results: The Chinese traditional medicine enterprises put forward the independent innovation capability of evaluation index system and calculation formula.Conclusion: Enterprises’ independent innovation ability of ascension is the premise of introducing talents,the key factor is the enterprise configuration independent innovation ability of the resources and the government policy is a major factor. |
