江苏省连云港市乡镇卫生院患者满意度及影响因素分析

目的:了解患者对乡镇卫生院的满意度,并分析其主要影响因素,为提高乡镇卫生院服务水平、推进基层卫生事业发展提供参考依据。方法:采用分层抽样的方法,抽取连云港市2个县,对其8家乡镇卫生院的120名患者进行问卷调查,并运用因子分析和Logistic回归分析筛选出主要影响因子以及社会学影响因素。结果:总体满意得分为3.36分,影响患者满意度的主要因子依次为服务质量、服务环境及收费、服务效率;影响患者满意度的社会学因素依次为年龄、文化程度和家庭年收入。结论:乡镇卫生院必须从提高服务质量、改善服务环境、提升服务效率等方面加强自身建设,提高患者满意度。

Analysis on Patient Satisfaction of Rural Township Hospitals and Affecting Factors in Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province

Objective: To investigate the patient satisfaction of the rural township hospitals and to analyze the main affecting factors,there-by,to provide some reference about improving the quality of township health service and developing the primary health service.Methods: Strat-ified sampling was selected,total 120 medical staff in 8 rural township hospitals of 2 countries were extracted from Lian Yun-gang province,the questionnaire survey was carried out in their health workers,Factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to find the main af-fecting factors.Results: The general degree of satisfaction is 3.36,the main factors affecting the satisfaction are quality of service,service en-vironment and price,efficiency.the main sociological affecting factors are age,education and annual household income.Conclusion: The rural township hospitals should enhance the content building to increase the satisfaction by improving the quality of service,strengthening the service environment,providing better efficiency and so on.
