针灸择期治疗周围性面瘫25例临床观察

目的:观察分析针灸择期治疗周围性面瘫患者的疗效。方法:2009年8月至2011年2月收入我科周围性面瘫急性期患者50例,随机分为2组,A组25人,B组25人。A组采用择期针灸治疗方法,B组采用急性期针灸治疗方法,观察疗效并进行统计分析。结果:A组治愈17例,占68%;显效6例,占24%;有效2例,占8%,总有效率100%。B组治愈15例,占60%,显效8例,占32%,有效2例,占8%,总有效率100%。2组总有效率均为100%,A组治愈率高于B组,2组治愈率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸择期治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效显著,早期干预对预后可能有益。

Observation on 25 cases of Peripheral Facial Paralysis treated with Acupuncture and moxibustion by stage

Objective：To observe and analyze effects of acupuncture by stage on peripheral facial paralysis patients . Methods： From August 2009 to February 2011, 50 cases with acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into A and B two groups, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in group A was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion by stage, while group B was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at acute stage. The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion by stage in treating peripheral facial paralysis was observed and analyzed statistically. Results：seventeen cases were cured （68%） ,6 cases had significant effect （24%） , 2 cases were effective （8%） in group A,and the total effective rate of group A was 100% in group A ; 15 cases were cured（60% ）, 8 cases had significant effect （32%） , 2 cases were effective （8%） in group B,and the total efficiency of group B was 100% . Compared to group B, the cure rate of group A was higher. There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion by stage in treating peripheral facial paralysis was significant , early intervention on prognosis may be more beneficial.
