乳腺癌原癌基因c—erbB—2扩增与过度表达

目的；探讨原癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２扩增与过表达在乳腺癌的临床意义。方法：应用原位杂交和免疫组化对８１例乳腺癌原癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２扩增与过表达进行检测。结果：在８１例乳腺癌中，３７例显示ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因扩增，２４例显示ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白过表达，基因扩增与蛋白过度表达呈显著相关关系（Ｐ〈０．０５）。基因扩增与过表达均与乳腺癌病理分级，肿瘤大小，临床分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论：ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ

Amplification and Overexpression of protooncogene c-erbB-2 in breast cancer

objective:To investigate the amplification and overexpression of c-erbB-2 oncogene in breast cancer.Methods:Breast carcinoma spe-cimens from 81 patients were studied by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry for c-erbB-2 amplification and overexpression. Results:In 81 breast cancers ,37 specimens were found to have amplificated c-erbB-2 gene,whereas 24 specimens were found to have overexpression of the c-erbB-2.Amplification of c-erbB-2 geng was of positive correlation with overexpression of the gene(P<0.05).It was fond that the amplifivatoin and overexpression of c-erbB-2 oncogene was of psitive correlation with the grades,stages,tumor sides,and degree of lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both the amplification and the overexpression of the protooncogene c-erbB-2 might be significant indicator for evaluating the prognosis of breast cancer.The overexpression of c-erbB-2 might provide more clues than the amplificaltion of genes.
