β-七叶皂苷钠合并甘露醇及白蛋白治疗脑梗死后脑水肿的疗效观察

目的：观察单用甘露醇和β-七叶皂苷钠合并甘露醇及白蛋白治疗脑梗死后脑水肿的疗效。方法：38例经头颅CT或MRI证实的大面积脑梗死(大脑、小脑)随机分为A组：七叶皂苷钠合并甘露醇及白蛋白；B组：单用甘露醇组。结果：A组病人预后优于B组，意识恢复快，脑疝发生率低，各种并发症少。结论：三药联合应用能够有效减轻脑细胞水肿，改善脑细胞代谢及血液循环，并将甘露醇的副作用减少到最小限度。

Efficacy of Aescine Sodium,Mannitol, and Albumin on Cerebral Post-infarction

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of aescine sodium,mannitol, and albumin in the treatment of cerebral edema after cerebral infarction.Method: 38 cases of extensive cerebral infarction(in the cerebrum and /or cerebellum) confirmed by CT or MRI were divided into 2 random groups-group A and group B. Aescine Sodium,mannitol, and albumin were used in group A,and the mannitol was only used in Group B.Result: The prognosis patients of in group A patients was better than that of patients in group B.It was demonstrated that Group A patients had a more rapid recovery of concionsness, alower incidence of cerebral hernia and other complications. Conclusion: The therapy with aesoine sodium, mannitol, and albumin can effectively relieve cerebral edema,improve metabolism and the blood circulation of the brain cells and zninimize the sieffects of mannitol.
