| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对减轻化疗患者所致胃肠道反应的影响。方法将160例住院化疗患者随机分为对照组(79例)及观察组(81例)。对照组给予一般常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。结果观察组恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于对照组,恶心、呕吐程度显著轻于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论根据患者不同情况,实施综合护理干预,可有效减轻胃肠道反应的发生、减少患者痛苦,使化疗顺利进行,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore comprehensive care intervention to reduce chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reaction in patients. Method 160 cases of hospitalized patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group （79 cases） and the observation group （81 cases）. Control group given conventional care in general to observe the implementation of the comprehensive care intervention group. Results Observer group of nausea, vomiting incidence was significantly lower than the control group, nausea, vomiting significantly lighter than the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Based on the patient in different circumstances, the implementation of integrated care intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and reduce the suffering of sick, so that the smooth progress of chemotherapy, improve their quality of life. |
