| 摘 要： | 目的：准确监测琥乙红霉素咀嚼片稳定性考核过程中的有关物质。方法：TLC法和HPLC法。结果：两法测得有关物质红霉素A均＜5％。结论：HPLC法检测本品的有关物质比TLC法更灵敏、更可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To accurately examine the related substances in Erythromycin Ethysuccinate Chewable Tablets throughout the stability test.Methods:with TCL and HPLC.Results:The related substances-erythromycin A was less than 5% by the both method.Conclusion:HPLC method would be more sensitive and liable than TCL method. |
