| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝性脑病的诱因及护理措施。方法：对96例肝性脑病患者肝功能进行分级并分析可能的诱因，根据诱因采取适当的护理措施。结果：肝性脑病诱因以消化道出血、感染和电解质紊乱居多，治愈84例，死亡12例。结论：对肝硬化患者应积极预防诱因，采取综合治疗和护理，可大大提高肝性脑病患者的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss predisposing causes of hepatic encephalopathy and nursing for the patient. Methods: To level 96 cases on the basis of liver function and analyzed the causes. Appropriate nursing were given by causes. Results: Hepatic encephalopathy mainly results from hemorrhage of digestive tract, infection and electrolyte disorder. 84 cases were cured and 12 died. Conclusion: It is helpful to prevent predisposing causes in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis and comprehensive clinical medication and nursing should be applied. |
