| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理在经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架植入术后患者中的临床应用效果。方法将300例经股动脉途径行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架植入的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组130例患者实施舒适护理措施,对照组170例患者采用功能制护理。比较两组患者舒适度、护理工作满意度及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者舒适度和满意度明显高于对照组（均P〈0.05）,且并发症明显减少。结论经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架植入术患者应用舒适护理效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing care on the patients with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty（PTCA）and stenting.Methods300 patients with PTCA were divided into control group and observation group.130 patients in observation group were given comfort nursing care and another 170 patients in the control group got function nursing.Patients＇ postoperative complications,comfort and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere were significant differences between the two groups in the postoperative complications,comfort and satisfaction degree（all P0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of the comfort care used in the percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stenting were satisfied. |
