摘    要:目的探讨阳性强化法对学龄前患儿静脉输液依从性的影响。方法将门诊首次输液的学龄前患儿684例按输液顺序分观察组344例和对照组340例,对照组按原输液顺序进行操作管理,观察组用阳性强化法,比较两组患儿合作程度、穿刺所化时间、静脉穿刺成功率、环境噪声强度。结果患儿合作率观察组84.0%、对照组40.3%,x2=139.11,P0.01;每例穿刺化费的时间观察组1.2 min、对照组4.0 min;穿刺成功率观察组92.4%、对照组67.1%,x2=68.40,P0.01;环境噪声测试观察组平均42 dB、对照组平均98 dB。结论阳性强化法可提高学龄前患儿静脉输液的依从性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of positive enhancement therapy applied in intravenous infusion for preschool child patients.Method Divide 684 preschool child patients receiving intravenous infusion for the first time into observation group(n=344) and control group(n=340) according to infusion order.Patients in control group receive routine infusion order.Patients in observation group receive positive enhancement therapy.Compare cooperation degree,puncture time,success rate of venous puncture and environmental level of patients in two groups.Result Cooperation degree is 84.0% in observation group and 40.3% in control group,x2=139.11,P0.01.Puncture time of each case is 1.2min in observation group and 4.0min in control group.Success rate of venous puncture is 92.4% in observation group and 67.1% in control group,x2=68.40,P0.01.Average environmental noise is 42dB in observation group and 98dB in control group.Conclusion Positive enhancement therapy can improve the compliance of intravenous infusion for preschool child patients.
