舌癌鼠舌乳头及结缔组织芯扫描电镜观察

目的 观察舌癌发生过程中舌乳头及结缔组织芯的三维立体结构改变.方法 将舌癌鼠舌组织浸润在3.5N 盐酸溶液剥去舌粘膜上皮,制备舌乳头结缔组织芯标本,扫描电镜观察.结果 丝状乳头及其结缔组织芯（connective tissue cores,CTC）的变化最为显著,丝状乳头的极性消失,排列紊乱,舌的前部涂抹区的丝状乳头结缔组织芯从原来的三角锥形呈现菜花样改变.菌状乳头的结缔组织芯明显萎缩退化,顶端味蕾凹陷变浅甚至消失,舌隆起和舌根部的乳头排列紊乱,失去有序的向后部倾斜.结论 这些形态学改变很可能是舌癌变时舌乳头的一种特征性变化.

Scanning Electron Microscopic Observation of Lingual Papillae and Connective Tissue Core in Rats Tongue Cancer

Objective To observe the transform of tongue carcinoma lingual papilla and the connective tissue cores(CTC) structure change by scanning electron microscope(SEM)in SD rat.Methods Specimens were immersed in 3.5N hydrochloric acid to remove the epithelial cell layer to expose lingual papilla′s CTC.Results The filiform papillae and CTC showed cauliflower-like change with polarity dissapearance and arrangement disorderly.Fungiform papillae's CTC shrank and degenerated obviously,and taste buds became shallow and even disappeared,the papilla on the eminence and root of the tongue arranged disorderly and lost their organized directions inclining to the throat.Conclusion The morphological change of lingual papilla and CTC three-dimensional architecture was obvious characteristics in the tongue cancer.
