精细化管理在精神科护理中的应用

[目的]探讨精细化管理在精神科的应用效果，为医院管理者更好地管理医院提供理论根据。[方法]从2012年1月开始对精神科实行精细化管理，比较精细化管理前后护理质量评分及病人家属对护理工作的满意度。[结果]精细化管理前后病人家属满意度、护理质量评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]精细化管理能提高病人家属的满意度，改善护理质量，降低精神科医疗事故的发生率。

Application of fine management in psychiatric nursing

Objective： To explore the application effect of fine manage- ment in psychiatric,to better manage the hospital provides theory basis for hospital managers. Methods. To psychiatric practice carry out fine management from January 2012, compared with nursing quality score and the satisfaction of patient＇s family for the nursing care before and after of fine management. Results：the comparison difference between satisfac- tion of the patient＇s family and nursing quality score before and after of fine management was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：the elaborating management can improve the satisfaction of the patient＇s family,improve nursing quality and reduce the incidence of psychiatric medical accidents.
