| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Creutzfeldt-Jakob病(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease,CJD)临床早期诊断方法。方法:对2例CJD病患者的临床表现、影像学特点、脑电图改变等资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:2例均符合国人CJD临床特点。弥散加权成像(DWI)能检测出特征性病灶,较目前WHO的CJD诊断方法更具敏感性。结论:提高临床医师对本病临床特征性的认识,可以尽早作出正确诊断,减少医源性传播;作为无创性检查的DWI在CJD诊断方法中最具敏感性,临床诊断标准中应考虑DWI检查的列入。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the early clinical diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease(CJD).Methods:The clinical manifestation,electroencephalogram(EEG)and imaging data of two cases of CJD were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were special clinical characteristics of CJD in Chinese.The characteristic lesions were detected by diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in both of the two cases.DWI was more sensitive than the current clinical diagnosis method suggested by WHO.Conclusions:Recognition of the clinical char... |
