| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用伸直型指功能支架对手指掌面植皮挛缩的预防作用。方法 对 10例患者在手术后应用伸直型指功能支架 ,同时取 10例对照。观察术后拆线时及术后 6个月时的植皮面积的变化。结果 (1)实验组术后拆线时与术后 6个月时对比 ,P >0 0 5 ,无明显差异 ;(2 )对照组术后拆线时与术后 6个月时对比 ,(P <0 0 5 ) ,有明显差异 ;(3 )术后 6个月时两组对比 ,(P >0 0 5 ) ,有显著差异。结论 应用伸直型支架对指掌面植皮挛缩有较好的预防作用

| Abstract: | Objective To disscuss the preventive effect on skingrafting contracture by using extensive finger-functional supporter.Method 10 cases(Group A)using finger-functional supporter and 10 cases(Group B)using nothing were obsevered.The area lf skin-grafting at days 15 post -operating and about at days 180 post-operating were measured.Results (1)The area of Group A at days 15 post-operating is similiar to the one at days 180 post-operating.( P >0.05) (2)The area of Group B at days 15 post-operating is bigger than the one at days 180 postoperating.( P <0 05) (3)The area of Group A about is bigger than the one of Group B at days 180 post-operating.( P >0 05) Conclusions It's a good method to use finger-functional supporter for preventing the contracture of skin-grafting. |
