摘    要:目的:建立板蓝根颗粒中靛玉红的含量测定方法,为板蓝根颗粒的质量标准控制提供理论依据。方法:采用LC-10ATvp高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,10μm);流动相:甲醇:0.2%醋酸溶液(73:27);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:289nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:20μl。结果:靛玉红进样量在5.28~26.40μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,R=0.9935;平均回收率为100.67%,RSD=1.31%。结论:本实验所建立的方法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为板蓝根颗粒的质量控制方法。

Study on Content Measurement of Indirubin in Banlangen Granules by RP-HPLC
Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for extracting of measuring the content of indirubin in banlangen granules by RP-HPLC, in order to provide theoretical basis for the quality standards of banlangen granules. Methods: The content measurement of indirubin in banlangen granules by RP-HPLC, LC-10ATvp high-performance liquid chromatograph, Columns Diamonsil - C18(4.6mm×150mm, 10μ), mobile phase: methanol: 0.2% acetic acid solution(73:27); flow rate: 1.0ml/min; detection wavelength: 289nm: column temperature: 25℃; injection volume 20μl. Results: The indirubin within the range of 5.28~26.40μg peak area was linear, R=0.9935; The average recovery was 100.67%, RSD=1.31%. Conclusion: The established method has strong specificity, high accuracy and good reproducibility, it can be used as quality control of banlangen granules.
