| 摘 要： | 目的:研究输尿管囊肿的影像学诊断并评价其诊断价值。方法:对18例输尿管囊肿患者进行了平片、静脉肾盂造影(IVP)、超声(US)、膀胱造影、CT及MRI检查并结合膀胱镜、临床手术及病理结果进行了全面分析。结果:18例输尿管囊肿患者术前均作出了正确影像诊断及分型,US、IVP及膀胱镜的联合应用可明显提高诊断符合率。结论:多种影像学检查的联合应用对输尿管囊肿具有很高的诊断效果和价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of imaging diagnosis for patients with ureterocyst. Materials and Methods: Eighteen cases of ureterocyst confirmed by surgical and pathological examinations were examined by X-ray plainfilm, IVP, US, cystography, CT, MRI and cystoscope before surgery. The data of these imaging methods were collected and analyzed. Results: Eighteen cases were diagnosed and catagorized accurately before surgery. The combination of US, IVP and cystoscope improved the correlation accuracy between imaging and surgery. Conclusion: Combination of various imaging methods has very high value in diagnosing ureterocyst. |
