奥扎格雷对不稳定心绞痛患者血小板CD_(63)、CD_(62P)表达及血浆PAI-1、C-RP含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨奥扎格雷对不稳定心绞痛患者血小板CD63、CD62P表达及血浆PAI-1、C-RP含量的影响。方法 66例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各33例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷80mg/d,14d为1个疗程。检测2组患者治疗前后血小板CD63、CD62P及血浆PAI-1、C-RP水平的变化。结果随着不稳定心绞痛分级程度的加重,CD63、CD62P、PAI-1、C-RP水平逐渐增加。2组治疗后CD63、CD62P、PAI-1、C-RP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD63、CD62P、PAI-1水平明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论血小板活化纤溶机制异常、炎症反应物在不稳定心绞痛患者的发生发展中具有重要作用;奥扎格雷抗血小板活性、改善纤溶活性的突出作用对预防不稳定心绞痛的发生发展具有极其重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of ozagrel on the expression of platelet CD63 and CD62P and contents of plasma PAI-1 and C-RP in patients with unstable angina.Methods Sixty-six patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group(n=33) and treatment group(n=33).The control group received conventional therapy,and the treatment group received conventional therapy and additional ozagrel(80 mg/d,14 d for a cycle).The changes of platelet CD63 and CD62P,plasma PAI-1 and C-RP in both groups were determined.Results With the increasing severity of unstable angina,the levels of CD63,CD62P,PAI-1 and C-RP gradually increased.After treatment,the levels of CD63,CD62P,PAI-1 and C-RP were significantly decreased(P<0.05) and the levels of CD63,CD62P and PAI-1 were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormalities of platelet activation fibrinolytic mechanism and inflammatory reactants play an important role in the development of unstable angina.The anti-platelet activity of ozagrel can improve the fibrinolytic activity,which is important to prevent unstable angina.
