精细过滤输液器对预防长期静脉滴注骨瓜提取物致静脉炎的效果观察

目的评价精细过滤输液器预防骨瓜提取物致静脉炎的临床效果。方法将127例骨折患者随机分为对照组64例和观察组63例,分别采用精细过滤输液器和一次性普通输液器输注骨瓜提取物,对两组静脉炎的发生率进行比较。结果对照组发生静脉炎22例(34.38%),观察组6例(9.52%),观察组静脉炎发生率及发生程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论精细过滤输液器能有效降低骨瓜提取物引起的静脉炎。

Therapeutic observation of using infusion sets with precision filters in preventing phlebitis caused by extraction of bone- melon in long-term intravenous injections

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of using infusion sets with precision filters to prevent phlebitis caused by extraction of bone-melon.Methods A total of 127 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=64) and observation group(n=63).The control group received common infusion sets while the observation group employed infusion sets with precision filters.The incidence rates of phlebitis in the two groups were compared.Results A total of 22 patients(34.38%) in the control group had phlebitis and 6(9.54%) in the observation group.The incidence rate of phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of infusion sets with precision filters can significantly decrease the incidence rate of phlebitis induced by bone-melon.
