防逆流留置针在肾内科的应用效果探讨

摘    要:目的探讨防逆流留置针在肾脏内科的使用效果。方法以使用留置针的患者653例,按患者入组的先后编码,单号入A组,双号入B组,A组使用普通留置针(24G),B组使用防逆流留置针(24G)。分析两组采血成功例数、留管时间、静脉炎的发生率、持续用药组的冲管次数,比较两者的应用效果。结果普通留置针采血的成功率明显优于防逆流留置针,在平均留管天数和静脉炎的发生率方面,两者无明显差异,在持续用药时冲管次数方面,防逆流留置针明显少于普通留置针数。结论在非持续用药患者尤其是穿刺时需同时采血的患者可优先选择普通留置针,对于需要维持用药的患者推荐首选使用防逆流留置针。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of anti-reflux catheter used in the department of nephrology.Methods A total of 653 patients who were catheterized were included in the study and they were numbered.Patients with odd numbers were placed in group A and those with even numbers were in group B.Group A received normal catheters(24 G) while group B anti-reflux catheters(24 G).The success rate of blood collection,indwelling duration,the incidence rate of phlebitis,the times of flushing catheters in group with persistent medication,and effects in both groups were compared.Results The success rate of blood collection in normal catheter group was significantly higher than that of the anti-reflux catheter group.There were no significant differences in average indwelling duration and the incidence rate of phlebitis.In terms of the times of flushing catheters with persistent medication,there were fewer in anti-reflux catheter group than in normal catheter group.Conclusion For patients with nonpersistent medication,especial those who were punctuated and blooded,it is advised to use normal catheters.For patients with persistent medication,anti-reflux catheters are recommended.
