急性重度有机磷农药中毒早期血液灌流治疗疗效分析

目的探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒早期血液灌流治疗的临床疗效。方法随机将154例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者分为治疗组74例、对照组80例。2组均给予急性重度有机磷农药中毒常规治疗,治疗组在该治疗基础上给予早期血液灌流处理。比较2组疗效差异。结果治疗组治愈率显著高于对照组,而病死率及中间综合征发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组阿托品总用量明显少于对照组,而胆碱酯酶恢复时间及住院时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01)。结论早期血液灌流抢救疗效显著,可作为抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒的首选治疗方法。

Efficacy analysis of early hemoperfusion in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of early hemoperfusion in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods A total of 154 AOPP patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=74) and control group(n=80).Both groups were administered general treatments for AOPP,but the treatment group received additional early hemoperfusion.The clinical efficacy was observed and compared.Results The cure rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group,while the mortality and incidence of middle syndrome in the treatment group was obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The atropine dosage in the treatment group was obviously fewer than that in the control group.The recovery time of cholinesterase and length of hospital stay in the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of early hemoperfusion treatment is noticeable and can be taken as the first-choice treatment for AOPP.
