甘遂辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎并发急性肺损伤的临床研究

目的观察中药甘遂对于重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发急性肺损伤(ALI)的疗效。方法将35例SAP并发ALI患者随机分为2组,对照组予以常规治疗方案,治疗组在对照组基础上加用甘遂治疗。对比2组肺功能指数、血气分析指数以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平变化。结果治疗第5天时,治疗组的血清TNF-α浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组PaO2/FiO2、PaO2及RR指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗组住院时间、ICU治疗时间明显短于对照组,ARDS发生率亦明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论甘遂可以有效控制或缓解SAP患者ALI的进展。

Clinical study on Kanziol in treatment of severer acute pancreatitis complicated by acute lung injury

Objective To observe the efficacy of Kanziol in treatment of severer acute pancreatitis(SAP) complicated by acute lung injury(ALI).Methods Thirty-five patients with SAP complicated by ALI were divided into two groups randomly.The control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group received additional Kanziol.The changes of the lung function index,blood gas analysis index and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the two group were compared.Results The PaO2/FiO2,PaO2 and RR were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and ICU stay were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group,and the incidence rate of ARDS was obviously lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Kanziol can effectively control or slow down the progression of ALI in SAP patients.
