| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下双灌注疗法治疗分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的疗效。H方法治疗组35例44耳采用耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺灌洗和鼻内镜下咽鼓管灌洗双灌洗;对照组35例44耳采用耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺单灌洗。结果治疗组治愈19例25耳,有效13例15耳;无效3例15耳,总有效率91.4%;对照组治愈12例16耳,有效14例17耳,无效9例11耳,总有效率71.4%,二组差异有统计学意义。结论内窥镜下双灌洗法可作为治疗SOM的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect on secretory otitis media(SOM)treated with intratympanie injection and drug therapy by eustachian tube.Methods There were 35 patients(44 ears)in treat group treated by intratympanie injection and drug therapy by eustachian tube,and 35 cases(44 ears)in control group treated by Intratympanie injection.Results The total effective power in treatmen group was 91.4%,and was 71.4% in control group,there was statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusions Plasma surgery system by hysteroscope for endometrial polyps(EP) a safe and validity method,which is deserved the clinical expansion. |
