| 摘 要： | 目的对26例重症手足口病患儿进行持续病情监测。方法评估患儿的病情,严密观察呼吸系统、循环系统、中枢神经系统和血糖变化。结果 26例患儿通过治疗与护理,22例好转出院,4例死亡。结论对手足口病患儿加强监护,早期识别重症征象,积极治疗与护理,可提高救治成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To continuously monitor 26 children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Patients′ conditions,close observations of the respiratory system,circulatory and nerve system and blood sugar change were assessed.Results After medical treatment and nursing intervention,22 out of 26 children were discharged with improved conditions.Four children died.Conclusion Monitoring should be strengthened to HFMD children.The early detection of fatal signs and active treatment and nursing can improve success rate of treatment. |
