| 摘 要： | 目的 观察前列腺素E1脂微球体载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)治疗艾滋病患者肾功能损害的临床疗效.方法 选择65例艾滋病合并肾功能损害患者.对照组32例给予综合治疗,治疗组33例在综合治疗基础上加用Lipo PGE1(20μg,1次/d),疗程7～14d.结果 治疗组应用LipoPGE1后尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr较对照组明显下降(P＜0.01).结论 在综合治疗基础上加用Lipo PGE/1治疗艾滋病合并肾功能损害者有较好的疗效且安全,早期应用效果更好.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of lipo-prostaglandin E1(lipo-PGE1) for renal impairment in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 65 AIDS patients with renal impairment were involved in the study.The 32 patients in the control group received conventional comprehensive treatment,while the 33 patients in the treatment group were given additional lipo-PGE1 with a dosage of 20 μg qd for 7 to 14 days.Results Compared with the control group,the blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the treatment group obviously decreased after the lipo-PGE1 treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive treatment,additional use of lipo-PGE1 is safe and effective in treatment of AIDS patients complicated by renal impairment,moreover,early application could get better therapeutic outcome. |
