口服中毒患者安全洗胃模式的探讨

目的探讨抢救口服中毒患者的安全洗胃模式,以提高洗胃质量,确保患者安全。方法将62例口服中毒需实施洗胃的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各31例,实验组的操作者采用患者头顶站立位插管、使用改良的低侧孔胃管、延长胃管插入长度等方法洗胃;对照组采用传统法。就两组插管所需时间、一次插管成功率、首次吸出液体时间、总洗胃时间、洗胃不良反应及并发症发生率、两组操作者自身受污染情况作比较。结果两组插管所需时间、一次插管成功率、首次吸出液体时间、总洗胃时间、洗胃不良反应及并发症发生率、两组操作者自身受污染情况比较,差异均具有统计学意义。结论改良洗胃模式可明显提高洗胃效果,降低不良反应及并发症发生率,确保患者安全,又利于操作者的自身防护,值得推广应用。

Gastric lavage model for oral poisoning patients

Objective To explore gastric lavage model for oral poisoning patients in order to improve gastric lavage quality and ensure patients’ safety.Methods A total of 62 patients with oral poisoning who received gastric lavage were randomly divided into experiment group(n=31) and control group(n=31).The operator of the experiment group inserted tubes with patients′ heads standing.The improved low-side hole tube was used and the length of gastric tube was prolonged for gastric lavage.The control group,on the other hand,employed the traditional method.Time required for intubation,intubation success rate at the first time,time for first liquid sucking out,total gastric lavage time,adverse events,incidence of complications,and contamination of the operators in the groups were compared.Results The two groups showed differences in terms of the time required for intubation,intubation success rate at the first time,time for first liquid sucking out,total gastric lavage time,adverse events,incidence of complications,and contaminations of the operators.The differences had statistical significance.Conclusion The improved gastric lavage model can significantly improve gastric lavage effect,reduce adverse events and incidence of complications,and ensure the safety of both patients and operators.Thus,it is worthy of wider promotion.
