| 摘 要： | 目的评价葛根素注射剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索1994年至2010年国内外发表的葛根素注射剂治疗急性脑梗死临床随机对照试验的相关文献并进行评估与数据提取,采用Review Manager 5.1软件对符合条件的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入21个临床试验(RCT),共1889个病例,葛根素注射剂治疗组优于对照组OR为4.82,95%CI(3.48,6.68)]。结论临床治疗急性脑梗死过程中,在常规治疗的基础上,加用葛根素注射剂可以提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of puerarin injection on acute cerebral infraction(ACI).Methods We searched and assessed literatures of clinical studies(Randomized controlled trial,RCT) of puerarin injection for ACI home and abroad from 1994 to 2010,and Review Manager 5.1 was employed to conduct Meta-analysis on the selected literatures.Results A total of 21 RCTs involving 1889 patients were included in the study.According to the results of Meta-analyses,the treatment group with puerarin injection got better efficacy than the normal control group OR=4.82,95% CI(3.48,6.68)].Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,extra puerarin injection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy for ACI. |
