痔上黏膜环切术与PPH加芍倍注射治疗重度混合型痔疮临床疗效比较

目的比较痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)与PPH加芍倍注射治疗重度混合型痔疮的临床疗效。方法选择本院2009年8月~2011年8月收治的重度混合型痔疮患者112例,随机分为2组,观察组(56例)采用PPH术加芍倍注射液进行治疗,对照组(56例)只采用PPH术进行治疗,比较2组的临床疗效。结果观察组总治愈率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的平均愈合时间、平均痔核萎缩时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PPH术加芍倍注射液治疗重度混合型痔疮临床效果明显,治愈率高,安全有效,并且对患者组织损伤轻,痛苦小,术后并发症少,值得临床推广。

Clinical comparison of PPH surgery and PPH plus Shaobei injection in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) and PPH plus Shaobei injection in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoid(SMH).Methods A total of 112 SMH patients who were admitted to our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 were selected and equally randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was administered PPH plus Shaobei injection,while the control group only received PPH.The clinical efficacy was compared in the two groups.Results The overall cure rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average healing time and the average hemorrhoid shrinking duration were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of PPH plus Shaobei injection for SMH is remarkable with a high cure rate.Based on its safety,efficacy,less damage to the tissue,less pain and fewer complications,PPH plus Shaobei injection is worthy of clinical popularization.
