| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在股骨颈骨折患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将60例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者采用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组应用临床护理路径进行健康教育。比较分析2组的护理效果。结果观察组患者对健康知识的掌握达标率为86.7%,对护理质量的满意度为90.0%,显著高于对照组的56.7%和66.7%,2组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育,能促进患者更好地掌握健康知识,提高患者的满意度,是一种行之有效的健康教育方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education for patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Sixty patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30).The control group received health education in a traditional way,and the observation group received health education in clinical nursing pathway.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The health knowledge compliance rate was 86.7% and satisfactoriness rate was 90.0% in the observation group,which were higher than 56.7% and 66.7% in the control group.The differences of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing health education based on clinical nursing pathway can help patients better grasp health knowledge and improve patient satisfactoriness.It is a feasible and effective way to promote health education. |
