| 摘 要： | 目的探讨右美托咪定在机械通气患者中应用的优点和护理的重要性。方法选取ICU用右美托咪定镇静的机械通气患者40例,密切观察并记录使用过程中生命体征变化。结果 40名患者的生命体征变化无明显差异。结论在对使用右美托咪定镇静患者的护理过程中,发现右美托咪定对患者生命体征无明显影响,是较为理想的镇静剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the advantages of the application of dexmedetomidine in mechanical ventilation and the importance of nursing.Methods A total of 40 mechanically ventilated patients with dexmedetomidine sedation from ICU ward were included in the study.The changes of vital signs were closely observed and recorded.Results No significant difference in changes of vital signs in those patients were identified.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine is found to be a more satisfying sedation and it does not have any negative effect on the vital signs of patients. |
