| 摘 要： | 目的探讨西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的护理干预措施。方法观察12例接受西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌患者在治疗期间出现的毒副反应,并采取针对性的护理措施。结果对12例患者应用西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗的局部晚期鼻咽癌患者进行了针对性的护理,均顺利完成了同步放化疗及靶向治疗。结论西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌可引起较重的毒副反应,但是通过有效的护理可以使得治疗顺利完成。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing interventions on the locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer patients treated with cetuximab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods The toxicity of 12 locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer patients treated with cetuximab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy was observed,and corresponding nursing measures were taken.Results All 12 patients have successfully completed the concurrent chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy with targeted nursing.Conclusion The treatment of cetuximab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer patients could cause serious adverse reactions,but the effective nursing can ensure a successful treatment. |
