摘    要:目的探讨临床护理路径在子宫动脉栓塞介入术中的应用价值。方法将80例择期行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组实施临床护理路径(CNP),对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的住院费用、住院天数、健康教育有效性及患者满意度。结果实验组平均住院费用和平均住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育有效性及患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在子宫动脉栓塞介入术中应用临床护理路径可明显减少医疗费用,缩短住院时间,提高医疗护理工作质量。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) in the intervention therapy of uterine arteryembolization.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing the intervention therapy of uterine arteryembolization were randomly divided into study group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The study group received CNP and the control group routine nursing.The hospitalization cost,hospital duration,the effectiveness of health education,and patients′ satisfactoriness of both groups were compared.Results The mean cost and hospital duration were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The effectiveness of health education and patients′ satisfactoriness were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of CNP in the intervention therapy of uterine arteryembolization can significantly reduce medical expenses,shorten hospital stay and improve nursing quality.
