| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心绞痛合并糖尿病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后口服瑞格列奈对氯吡格雷抵抗的影响。方法选取本院符合条件患者共计46例,测定本组患者给予瑞格列奈治疗前后各项检测指标,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果经口服瑞格列奈积极降糖治疗后,基础血小板聚集率、血小板计数较治疗前明显得到改善,差异有统计学意义。结论伴有糖尿病的氯吡格雷抵抗患者口服瑞格列奈后有助于减轻氯吡格雷抵抗现象,降低血小板聚集率(ADP),从而减少心血管事件发生率,改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of oral intake of repaglinide on clopidogrel resistance in angina pectoris patients complicated with diabetes after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 46 patients in our hospital were selected.All indicators of this group were determined before and after the administration of repaglinide.The results were statistically analyzed.Results After oral administration of repaglinide,basic platelet aggregation rate and platelet counts were significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The oral intake of repaglinide can help diabetic patients alleviate clopidogrel resistance,decrease the rate of platelet aggregation,thereby reducing the incidence rate of cardiovascular events and consequently improving the prognosis of patients. |
