| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年血液透析患者相关并发症的预防及护理。方法对28例老年肾衰竭行维持性血液透析患者在饮食营养、动静脉内瘘、预防感染、心理及健康宣教等方面进行全程的护理管理。结果患者自我感觉良好,透析效果满意,未出现营养不良、感染、内瘘阻塞等并发症。结论采取正确的预防和护理措施可明显降低老年维持性血液透析患者并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the prevention and nursing of complications of elderly patients with hemodialysis.Methods The nursing management was conducted to 28 elderly patients with kidney failure who received line maintenance hemodialysis in terms of diet and nutrition,arteriovenous fistula,infection prevention,psychological and health education.Results Generally,patients felt good and were happy with the hemodialysis.No malnutrition,infections,and fistula occurred.Conclusion Right prevention and nursing measures can significantly decrease the incidence rate of maintenance hemodialysis of elderly patients and improve their survival quality. |
