快速康复外科理念在宫颈癌患者围术期的应用研究

目的探讨快速康复外科护理措施在宫颈癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法将125例宫颈癌手术患者按入院先后随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组接受快速康复外科方案治疗,对照组接受传统方法治疗。比较两组术后肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、并发症发生率、术后住院时间及住院总费用。结果与对照组比较,实验组患者术后肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),术后住院时间及住院费用明显减少(P<0.05),该组总体并发症发生率明显少于传统护理组(P<0.05),其中伤口感染、尿路感染、尿潴留等并发症发生率少于传统护理组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理措施的应用能有效促进宫颈癌患者术后的康复,显著减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

Perioperative Clincal Application and Nursing Investigation of Fast Track Surgery in Patients Undergoing Cervical Surgery

Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the principle of fast tract surgery to the patients undergoing cervical surgery in the perioperative period.Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients under going cervical surgery were randomly divided into the group of experimental nursing and the group of control nursing.Fast tract nursing measures were taken to the experimental group and control nursing measures were taken to the contrast group.Clinical therapeutic efficacy,complications,the post-operation time stay in hospital time and the total cost during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the experimental group had significant shorter time of the first exhaust and defecation(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and expense in the experimental group were shorter and lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The overall complication ate was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05),especially in wound infection,urinary infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The new methods of Fast track surgery can apparently accelerates recovery ater Cervical cancer resection,reduces complications,shorten timestay in hospital and cut down the total cost.
