幽门螺杆菌感染与非口源性口臭关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与非口源性口臭的关系。方法选择无牙周疾病的口臭患者68例,健康对照组70例,进行13C呼气试验检测Hp感染情况;对Hp感染的口臭患者随机分为A、B两组,A组行三联方案根除Hp,B组不予根除Hp治疗,检查两组患者Hp及口臭的根除情况。结果 68例口臭患者的Hp阳性率为64.7%(44/68)。无口臭对照组有23例为Hp阳性,Hp阳性率为32.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。44例口臭患者随机分为两组,A组22例予根除Hp治疗,其中19例根除Hp成功,根除率为86.4%,根除Hp者口臭缓解18例,占94.7%。B组22例未予根除Hp治疗,同期复查口臭,缓解为2例,占9.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染是非口源性口臭其中一个重要相关因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and halitosis without periodontal diseases.Methods A total of 68 halitosis patients without periodontal diseases and 70 healthy volunteers were included in the study.Hp infection was determined by 13C-urea breath test.Those who got halitosis were divided into groups A and B: Group A received triple therapy to eradicate Hp and group B received no eradication therapy.The changes of halitosis in both groups were observed.Results The positive rate of Hp in halitosis patients was 64.7%(44/68),which was higher than the 32.9%(23 patients) in the control group(P<0.01).The 44 halitosis patients were equally randomized into groups A and B.Twenty-two patients in group A received Hp eradication therapy and 19 were successful with an eradication rate of 86.4%.Eighteen(94.7%) Hp patients had halitosis relieved.Twenty-two patients in group B did not receive Hp eradication therapy.Halitosis was reexamined at the same period.Two patients(9.1%) had symptoms relieved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Hp infection might play a causative role in the development of halitosis without periodontal diseases.
