| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双胎妊娠不同分娩方式结局的比较。方法:分析109例双胎妊娠及11809例单胎妊娠围生儿情况。结果:1双胎的胎位异常、胎儿窘迫、早产儿发生率及围生儿死亡率明显高于单胎。2经阴道分娩的双胎妊娠的新生儿窒息率明显高于剖宫产。结论:孕34周后在促进胎肺成熟的基础上放宽剖宫产的指征,有利于改善双胎妊娠的围生儿状况及预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the two different delivery result s of twin pregnancy.Methods To analyze 109cases of twin pregnancy and 118 09cases of single pregnancy.Results1The rates of abnormal fetal positio n,f etal distress,early fetuses incidence a nd perinatal mortality of twin pregn an cy are higher than that single pregnancy .2The choke rates of baby delivery th rough vaginal are higher than that of opera tion.Conclusion It is helpful to im prove the perinatal fetal prognosis of twin pr egnancy if we loose the standard of op eration on the basis of promoting the ripe of lung in 34weeks. |
