中国汉族人群常染色体显性多囊肾的临床特征

目的研究中国汉族人群常染色体显性多囊肾患者的临床特征。方法对我院收治的203例多囊肾患者的临床资料进行统计学分析，并与国外报道相比较。结果该病以30-60岁为发病高峰，中位年龄为44岁。高血压患病率最高（153例，75．4％）。肾外表现以多囊肝最为常见（93例，45．8％）。年龄分布、进展时间上无性别差异。疾病平均进展时间为8．98a，患高血压者明显短于非高血压者。急性疼痛的主要原因为结石。结论成人型多囊肾在我国发病情况与欧美大致相同，但有自身的特点。

Characteristics of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease in Chinese Han population

Objective] To analysis the characteristics of patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD) in Chinese Han population.(Methods] Clinical) data of 203 ADPKD patients were retrospectively analyzed with the SPSS 13.0.Results] Most patients were diagnosed between 30~60 and the median age is 44.The most common symptom was hypertension(75.4%).The most common complication is hepatic cysts(45.8%).There is an equal distribution of males and females in each age group.There is no significant difference in the frequency of the occurrence of symptoms and progression to the chronic renal insufficient (CRI) when stratified by gender.The average period of progression to CRI was 8.98 years,and the progression of hypertensive group was much faster than the non-hypertensive group.The main reason of the acute flank pain is nephrolithiasis.Conclusion] Though the characteristics of ADPKD incidence,but the Chinese patients have their own characteristics.
