摘    要:目的:探讨Stathmin/oncoprotein18(Op18)蛋白在宫颈癌的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化和Westernblot法检测15例正常宫颈组织、26例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和52例宫颈癌组织中Stathmin蛋白的表达。结果:用免疫组化检测Stathmin蛋白在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的阳性表达率分别为20.00%、53.85%、84.62%。正常宫颈组织组分别与宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈上皮内瘤变组与宫颈癌组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Westernblot法检测显示,正常宫颈组分别与宫颈上皮内瘤变组、宫颈鳞癌组及宫颈腺癌组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),宫颈上皮内瘤变组分别与宫颈鳞癌组及宫颈腺癌组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Stathmin与宫颈癌的临床分期、组织分级、区域淋巴结转移有关。结论:Stathmin在宫颈癌过表达,与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the expression and significance of Stathmin/oncoprotein 18(Op18)in cervical carcinomas.Methods:Fifty-two cases of cervical carcinoma,15 cases of normal cervical tissues and 26 cases with CIN were examined by immunohistochemical staining and Western blot method.Results:The immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated that the positive rates of Stathmin in normal cervical tissue group,CIN and cervical carcinoma groups were 20.00%,53.85% and 84.62%,respectively.The difference among cervical carcinoma,CIN and normal cervical tissue groups was significant(P<0.05).The difference between cervical carcinoma and CIN groups was significant(P<0.05).The expression level of Stathmin in cervical carcinoma was higher than that of normal cervical tissue group.There were significant differences among normal cervical group and CIN,cervical squamous carcinoma,cervical adencarcinoma groups(P<0.01),respectively.The differences among CIN and cervical carcinoma,cervical adencarcinoma groups were significant(P<0.01).The expressions of Stathmin were related to clinical stages,histological grade and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:Stathmin overexpression correlates with cervical carcinogenesis and tumor progression.
