电热针结合艾灸中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的:寻求提高脾虚湿困型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效的最佳治法.方法:选择该证型患者152例,随机分为4组:神阙穴 中药组40例,天枢穴 中药组37例,中药组37例,西药组38例,进行疗效比较.结果:中药组治愈率21.6%,西药组为18.4%,天枢穴 中药组为46.0%,神阙穴 中药组为75.0%,经χ2检验,中药组与西药组治愈率差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05);天枢穴 中药组治愈率优于中药组及西药组(P＜0.05);神阙穴 中药组治愈率分别与其它3组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:神阙穴电热针结合艾灸中药疗法,是目前治疗脾虚湿困型溃疡性结肠炎的最佳方法之一.

Therapeutic effects of electric heat needling at Shenque (CV 8) point combined with moxibustion and Chinese herbs on ulcerative colitis

Objective To explore the best therapy for improving clinical therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis with water retention due to hypofunction of the spleen. Methods One hundred and fifty-two cases were randomly divided into 4 groups: Chinese herb group (n=37), western medicine group (n=38), Tianshu (ST 25) point group (n=37) and Shenque (CV 8) point group (n=40). Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cured rate was 21.6% in the Chinese herb group, 18.4% in the western medicine group, 46.0% in the Tianshu point (ST 25) group and 75.0% in the Shenque (CV 8) point group; the cured rate in the Tianshu (ST 25) point group was better than that in the Chinese herb group and the western medicine group (P<0.05), and there were significant differences in the cured rate when the Shenque (CV 8) point group compared with the other 3 groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Electric heat needling at Shenque (CV 8) combined with moxibustion and Chinese herbs is one of the best methods for treatment of ulcerative colitis with water retention due to hypofunction of the spleen.
