中、英文MBTI-M人格类型量表的跨文化差异研究

目的 探讨跨文化差异对中、英文MBTI-M人格类型量表测验结果相关程度的影响，为中文版MBTI-M的进一步修订提供理论依据。方法 应用原版及中文版MBTI-M人格类型量表，对英语水平四级以上的大学生进行测试。结果 题目表达形式和被试英语水平均与中、英文MBTI-M测验结果的相关程度呈显著性相关。语句型题目中、英文测验结果的相关明显高于词对型题目；英语专业组相关程度最高，英语四级组最低。结论 中、英文MBTI-M量表之间存在跨文化差异，主要的影响因素是题目的表达形式和被试的英语水平。

A study of cross-cultrual differences between the the Chinese and English versions of MBTI-M

Objective To investigate cross-cultural differences between the Chinese and English versions of MBTI-M and provid the theoretical basis for further reversion of MBTI-M. Methods Testing university students who have passed the CET-4 using the Chinese and English versions of MBTI-M. Results Both the expression of items and participants' English level were relevant to the correlation obtained from testing the Chinese and English versions of MBTI-M. The correlation of phrase questions was significantly higher than that of word pairs; and the correlation of English major group was the highest while the correlation of the CET-4 group was the lowest. Conclusion There are cross-cultrual differences between the the Chinese and English versions of MBTI-M. The major factors are the expression of items and participants' English level.
